Terms of service
Terms of service
Effective date: April 1, 2026
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://findyourclique.com and any related services provided by Clique (“Clique,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the services
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and not to:
- Violate any laws
- Interfere with the app or website
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload harmful or malicious material
- Misuse the platform or services
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use Clique. Clique is a business service.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Services and subscriptions
Clique may offer subscription-based digital services, support, and related tools. Features, pricing, and service details may be updated from time to time.
We’ll give at least 60 days’ notice by email before a price change affects your subscription.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
4. Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can view and manage your subscription and billing in the Clique app. Fees are non-refundable, including for partial months.
4a. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime in the Clique app or by emailing [email protected]. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. We don’t refund partial months.
After your account closes, we keep your data for 90 days. During that time you can ask us for a copy of all your records and outputs, including the work we delivered to you. After 90 days, we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it.
4b. Plan changes
You can change your plan in the Clique app. An upgrade starts right away, and you’re charged a prorated amount for the rest of your current billing period. A downgrade starts at your next billing date.
Your plan sets how many task slots you have. A revision counts as part of the same task, not a new one. If all your task slots are in use, the app shows that your plan is full and suggests an upgrade.
5. User content
You may submit files, messages, requests, or other content through the service.
You keep ownership of your content, but you give Clique permission to use, store, and process that content as needed to provide the service.
You confirm that you have the right to submit any content you provide.
6. Intellectual property
Your work. The final work we deliver to you (your outputs) belongs to you. Clique stores and hosts it in your account, but we don’t own it.
Licence to Clique. You give Clique a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, host, copy and process your content and outputs, only as needed to provide the service to you. This licence ends when we delete your data after your account closes (see 4a).
Clique’s property. The Clique website, app, platform, software, brand, and our own templates, tools and know-how belong to Clique or its licensors and stay ours. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without permission.
Third-party material. Third-party material in your work (such as stock images or fonts) stays under its own licence.
7. Third-party services
Our services may use or connect with third-party platforms such as Google, payment processors, hosting providers, or analytics tools. We are not responsible for third-party services or policies.
8. No guarantee
We do not guarantee specific business results, uninterrupted service, or error-free performance.
9. Disclaimer
The services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clique will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you violate these Terms or if continued access creates legal or security risk.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable laws of Canada.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
